Generally very good, but the little things do matter. Very good position by that river.

Liked: Nice room; comfy bed and good food.
Disliked: Maybe it's a result of Covid but bedmaking was not on the menu and room goodies like tea, coffee and milk were not replenished unless specifically requested.

Disliked: Stayed in a suite and it should get access to the executive lounge but not allowed. Carpet in room was dirty
