Generally very good, but the little things do matter. Very good position by that river.

Liked: Nice room; comfy bed and good food.
Disliked: Maybe it's a result of Covid but bedmaking was not on the menu and room goodies like tea, coffee and milk were not replenished unless specifically requested.

Liked: Great location, perfect temperature, comfy bed, and spacious bathroom. Lovely spa.
Disliked: I used the teaspoon for a chocolate mousse and it was put back with the tea cups dirty. Which raised a question over general thoroughness of cleaning.

Liked: Beautiful, full service hotel has everything you could ask for (great room service, restaurants, pool, spa, gym). We loved the studio room for travel with our 10 year old son, we had distinct living areas which was wonderful after many days of travel together. In a highly accessible location to many london sights (if you’re looking for that) and a very easy stay.
Disliked: While this location is great for sightseeing it is not in or near a residential neighborhood. It’s a top notch facility but if you’re looking for quaint neighborhood vibes, this is not that. If you’re looking to pop out to a neighborhood eatery, that’s not accessible here but there is great food in the hotel. We stayed in a studio room with our 10 year old, where they got a private space for chilling and sleeping on a pull put couch. While the space was great, the pull out couch was not super comfortable and probably would not make for a great sleep for older kids or adults. It’s fine for littler ones but wouldn’t recommend for teens and up.
