Generally very good, but the little things do matter. Very good position by that river.

Liked: Nice room; comfy bed and good food.
Disliked: Maybe it's a result of Covid but bedmaking was not on the menu and room goodies like tea, coffee and milk were not replenished unless specifically requested.

Gorgeous hotel , impersonal unfriendly...

Liked: Loved the room , the facilities, view of Big Ben was really something special to wake up to . Room was gorgeous. Swimming pool and spa are was lovely and nice staff.
Disliked: Bar staff , and the table service lady at the bar . All so miserable, especially the lady . Travelling alone with my child and all were the most unwelcoming people I’ve ever come across . Reception lady was poor with communication also. Felt very very impersonal and unwelcoming . If it was down to the hotel itselfI’d deffo stay again . If I wanted a slight smile or minimum welcome from reception or bar / table staff then deffo never again

Liked: Big rooms, comfortable bed, big bathrooms, amazing location.
Disliked: Shower was leaking. Plumber was called but it was still not fixed. Carpet was wet in the room when we checked in. Water in the bathroom because of leaking shower.
