Generally very good, but the little things do matter. Very good position by that river.

Liked: Nice room; comfy bed and good food.
Disliked: Maybe it's a result of Covid but bedmaking was not on the menu and room goodies like tea, coffee and milk were not replenished unless specifically requested.

Disliked: Very bad experience... I sent a message to the hotel management before my arrival that I wanted an early check-in, but I received my room at 4:30 on the pretext of crowding. The problem is that I received it unclean and I documented it with photos. There were no personal care items such as a toothbrush, slippers, etc. like in other upscale hotels. The breakfast is the same every day with the same items. I will never visit it again.

Disliked: the inner court view wasn't so nice,but we also didn't stay to look out of the window.

Disliked: Housekeeping was a bit of a hit and miss throughout the stay (seven nights).
