Generally very good, but the little things do matter. Very good position by that river.

Liked: Nice room; comfy bed and good food.
Disliked: Maybe it's a result of Covid but bedmaking was not on the menu and room goodies like tea, coffee and milk were not replenished unless specifically requested.

Weekend in London

Liked: The location is brilliant and has everything you need for a comfortable stay in London
Disliked: The room was dirty, crumbs on the floor and sock left from the last guest.

Liked: Location, cleanliness, beds comfy.
Disliked: had to book a slot for the pool but was not able to in advance, no slots available before 8.30pm on day of check in and the next day the only slots available were between 1pm-3pm and after 8.30pm again. Don’t book this hotel if you are relying on using the pool during your stay. Disappointing as this was main reason for selecting this hotel.
