Generally very good, but the little things do matter. Very good position by that river.

Liked: Nice room; comfy bed and good food.
Disliked: Maybe it's a result of Covid but bedmaking was not on the menu and room goodies like tea, coffee and milk were not replenished unless specifically requested.

Very enjoyable staying.

Liked: The location, their friendly staff
Disliked: Our view Room was the executive lounge which we didn’t like as there will be no privacy.

Superb comfortable overnight stay in...

Liked: Great location, really buzzing atmosphere. Bed was so comfortable! In most hotels the pillows are awful but the pillows here were great ! So no neck pain for me. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Loved having the Southbank on our doorstep and could walk everywhere we needed to go.
Disliked: I booked two twin rooms, and asked for two twin rooms when checking in. as we were a group of 4 friends but in fact we were assigned rooms with just one bed. But the beds were enormous.

Liked: Room had a nice view of the city. Big beds, lots of space! Luxurious!
Disliked: We couldn't book into use the pool area even though we tried to book on arrival. Bit disappointing for our 2 children
