Generally very good, but the little things do matter. Very good position by that river.

Liked: Nice room; comfy bed and good food.
Disliked: Maybe it's a result of Covid but bedmaking was not on the menu and room goodies like tea, coffee and milk were not replenished unless specifically requested.

Great place for leisure trips...

Liked: The location was particularly convenient close to underground stations, main attractions and city centre. The room was very comfortable providing all comforts one would need for a leisure trip to London. The view was very nice from any room. All facilities were excellent as well as the services provided
Disliked: The communication with the reception personnel through email or live. Although I had informed the hotel through email about separate check in from the rest of my family with one day delay for myself who had made the reservation and credit card provision, and I had gotten back assurance that there would be no issue when they would check in, when they arrived, they were not allowed to check in. The reception staff appeared not to have any information about this prior communication. They tried to sort it out then by asking for a provision of a second card for one night assurance. But even this way, the issue was not resolved so when I arrived next day the issue was brought up again. By then, a second attempt was done by another staff member at the reception. After all, when checking out and trying to conclude the payment transaction, same story was repeated. It appeared that the second attempt to fix the issue was not to the right direction leading to blocking amount already cleared for about 2 weeks before being returned. After all, it was Rachid who really dedicated time to listen, investigate, understand what had happened and search for the applicable solution. Thanks to him and his well targeted actions, the issue was resolved without unnecessary blocks. I would like to highlight his gentle, professional and comprehensive approach throughout the process, to an issue having puzzled another two colleagues of his in the previous days but without success and adding more complexity. He is definitely an asset for client facing roles and not only, way far from others with similar positions.
