Great location and great hotel...

Liked: Location, rooms and breakfast all fabulous with helpful staff.

Exceptional

Great location, beautiful city, lovely...

Liked: The property was in a lovely location! However due to it closing down soon which we were not told about there was lots of mess around, lots of workers, no bar staff who knew what they were doing, no cleaning services for the room unless requested before 11am and just a lot going on there was also a lot of noise early morning and 1 lift out of service.
Disliked: The noise, the mess the lack of transparency about the hotel closing had we known or even been told when checking in we could have found alternative accommodation.

Liked: location is incredible - a short walk to the Museum Island, several stops around for public transportstaff was really welcoming and helped with everythingroom itself was really quiet and comfortable

Exceed expectations

Liked: Helpful and nice staff, enormous room, enough breakfast options, beautiful "wall street" decoration. Location is good, considering that we didn't want to stay in noisy city center. 20-25 walk thru beautiful streets to TV tower. Small bakeries and convenience stores nearby.

Perfect base to explore Berlin

Liked: Very quiet and comfortable with a great breakfast
Disliked: Nothing.

Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: I know that some rooms differ slightly but the one I got had two times smaller shower than in the pictures. I booked it because I wanted to have this shower and they were saying that it's the same but my blind grandpa would notice the difference.The interior needs refreshment. Dirty leather like material on chairs. And used carpet. Furniture.I would say it's an average 3 star hotel rather than 4 star.

Nice hotel, good location.

Liked: Great location. Friendly staff. Nice hotel.
Disliked: The weather was very hot when we stayed and the air conditioning in the room was very poor, therefore we struggled to sleep due to the heat.

Could be better

Liked: The location was perfect. Very central. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The rooms could be a little cleaner. There wasn’t shampoo on the bathroom. The tv didn’t work. There was no main light in the room, only the bed lights.
