Good location and nice hotel,...

Liked: Great location, close to Victoria station. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the electronic controls for the curtains and the lights. Good products in the bathroom.
Disliked: Our room was adjoining another through a locked door. The soundproofing was terrible and we could hear everything the other guests were saying. This had a significant negative impact on our first night at this hotel. We notified staff and asked to be moved room but they advised that there was nothing they could do. This was very unpleasant.

Disappointing

Liked: The location is the best if you want to travel by walk or station to all of the best tourist spots. The street is great for short stops for small grocery runs for your baby or yourself.
Disliked: The cleanliness was non existent. The bathrooms were not cleaned properly, when called for cleanliness, the calls were ignored. The towels smelt funny, overall hygiene factor left much to be desired. We had to use kettle for our 1 year old and it wasn't clean, wasn't replaced and had raisins leaving it each time we heated water for milk. Really needs to be clean for the price being demanded. The location is great, but hotel leaves much to be desired.

Liked: The first receptionist was very nice to us
Disliked: The sofa bed had bed bugs and my daughter had pimples filled with liquid in different parts of her body. The manager was made aware of this...no sorry no nothing not even a smile..she was like we will send it to investigation and since then I haven't heard anything. That should not be the attitude of a manager
