Liked: The staff team was very nice and avaiable. It was a great pleasure to stay here.The bed were very comfortable after a whole walking day.I be back for my next trip in London, for sure.

Liked: Nice and helpful staff.Location, very close to railway and metro station.Cleanliness
Disliked: We booked a triple room, but everything was for only two (except the extra bed). But we asked to the reception (for the third pair of towels) and they were very helpful.The room size was good, but with the extra bed, it has become uncomfortable.

Liked: Location by train station, and staff was polite.
Disliked: The lack of towels and when we called for room service the phones did not work which required us to head down ourselves. Even after towel and dirty comforter request it took a long time.
