Careless and not clean!

Disliked: I had 4 rooms and we had to go to Walmart to sanitize and clean the bathrooms and room. We asked for a vacuum and they gave us a broom. Said they don’t give out the vacuum. Understandable but dammit come vacuum the rooms! When they came to change the sheets on Wednesday, which I did not request they left my door open. I left my purse and all my personal belongings on the table. Only to find when I come back to the room the door was open! I reported it and nothing! Careless!!!!!!

Overall the stay was nice,...

Liked: I liked that breakfast was included and the staff were very friendly. Overall I was surprised by how nice and clean the room was. When we go to the mall of America again, I will book here.
Disliked: The breakfast area was rather small and it was hard to find a spot to sit and eat, but we did come during spring break so that is likely why it was so packed.
