Great location easy for Westminster...
Liked: Location fitted well into our plans. Westminster Abbey walking distance and the Imperial War Museum 600 yards from the hotel, tube directly across from hotel, plenty of eateries in the area. Cabs a fair price would stay again.
Disliked: No complimentary water in the rooms even when the hot weather had been into the 30s.

Pleasant
Liked: Well located
Disliked: This was our second stay at the hotel — we visited three years ago and, unfortunately, we feel that the overall quality has declined since then.During this stay, several issues significantly impacted our comfort and experience. On the day of arrival, the air conditioning was not working, which was quite inconvenient. On the second day, we noticed that basic toiletries, including shampoo, had not been replenished. At night, there was a problem with the lighting system — it couldn't be fully turned off, requiring technical assistance.Another inconvenience was the breakfast service — each morning we had to wait for a table, suggesting that the dining area is too small to efficiently accommodate the number of guests.Considering the rate of 500 £ per night, we expected a higher level of service and better attention to detail. While the hotel remains well located, these shortcomings unfortunately diminished our overall satisfaction.

Expensive, very dark and really...
Liked: The room was ok - nothing specialBreakfast was ok Exellent sauna
Disliked: At breakfast, there was no milk near the tea and coffee, so I had to get my tea and then take it over to the cereal to add milk. Sausages were overdone. In the rooms, there seemed to be an issue with the electricity. The lights in the bathroom kept flickering in one room, and in the other twin room they had to sleep with the lights on and pillows over their heads because the lights kept would not stay off. Other people at reception were complaining about electrical issues, too. Location was a bit further from the South Bank than we'd have liked.Everywhere was so dark - could barely see how to get into the toilets near the lifts. The swimming pool was dangerous - there are no markings at either end and one of my group swam straight into the end very hard - he had a headache, sore neck and felt unwell for the rest of our trip.
