Good.

Liked: Room clean and comfortable
Disliked: Staff at reception struggled to find our reservation even though I had the booking confirmation on my phone in front of them .

Disliked: I could not sleep as the AC was loud within the hotel even tho it was off in my room

Up and Down

Liked: The location was wonderful! We could access everything we needed and wanted easily. We thought the common areas were professionally kept. We enjoyed the amenities at the hotel such as the pool. When a cab was needed concierge had us a car in moments. We enjoyed the fresh products used at the cafe and restaurant. Any problems we had were promptly addressed (for the most part).
Disliked: We opted to do the eco friendly program having service every three days. Service did not happen as promoted. When brought to their attention when we were looking for toilet paper, they immediately had the room serviced, unfortunately this was offered the night before we left. We also had a drainage issue in the shower. One night the shower flooded and did not drain. Maintenance came promptly and said he would send housekeeping. Housekeeping didn’t come until we followed up 45 +minutes later). This was late at night(we wanted to go to bed) and we thought the floor might had wanted to be cleaned. Housekeeping came and took the wet towels and did a quick mop and left. There was still water pooled under the counter and there was not a “clean” smell left behind, like when it was serviced. When the front desk staff learned of some of concerns, they offered us complimentary breakfast on departure morning.

Liked: Friendly staff, a clean swimming pool, excellent room service, and well-maintained facilities contributed to a pleasant experience
Disliked: •The train noise was disturbing in the early morning and late at night.•The bathroom door was a sliding door and didn’t close properly.•The breakfast dishes had a bad smell

Superb

Liked: Location was amazing, few minutes from the closest subway & Bakerloo line (Lambeth North) and decent walk to Waterloo station, which is better connected. The hotel staff were friendly and the place was modern.

A nice hotel but i...

Liked: Check in was great although i did not realise breakfast was not included. Breakfast was a little overpriced.
Disliked: When i went for dinner it took a long time a member of staff to approach me and offer a table.

Liked: Location, pool
Disliked: Room not ready 1.5 hours after time stated, no shampoo/body wash etc in pool changing rooms

Disliked: I booked a single room which came with an attached door to next room. The noise from the next room was noticeable and if I stayed again I request not to have this
