Liked: Size of hotel and location
Disliked: We have stayed in your Westminster plaza and the size, standards and modern decor is far more superior feel and experience to this hotelStay. I have another family 4 day Booking with you at the end of May and have a few concerns that my family will be disappointed as they will compare this hotel to your other one.

A great stay in London...
Liked: Room was extremely comfortable and very quiet! I loved the technology for controlling the lights, blinds, AC etc. The location was perfect for us as we had planned to visit the Imperial War Museum during our stay. Also being close to Waterloo Station was an added benefit. The breakfast was delicious - a treat to have a cooked breakfast - the bacon was particularly good. Loved the hotel's sedum roof garden which our room looked over.
Disliked: Maybe a bit of lighting inside the cupboard would have been helpful. The room was very calming with low lighting. However this made it difficult to find clothes on the shelves.

Convenient place to stay, just...
Liked: The stafff are friendly and the service is of a high standard. It is close to the Tube and there are some pubs and restaurants close buy (although fewer than there used to be).
Disliked: The water in the swimming pool could do with changing.

Liked: The room was clean and tidy with an amazing view.The main bed in the room was so comfortable and pillows were great. The staff member that checked us in was polite and helpful. We were even allowed to check in early as our room.was ready. Breakfast was delicious with so many different things to choose from. Lighting around the hotel was amazing too. Loved the LED lights in the corridor near the floor. The hotel were so accommodating before our arrival and made it extra special for my husbands birthday by sticking photos and birthday messages around our room that I previously emailed. They also answered any questions I had throughly and willingly.
Disliked: I dont like writing negative comments but I feel they are important for improvement. The lady that we spoke to at Reception to book our breakfast told me that it would cost me £16.16 per person, she then continued to say she didnt know how much that was for two of us, as she was crap at maths. I am not complaining that she was unable to add that total but a small calculator and no comment from her would have made it slightly more professional from the customers perspective. Also at breakfast a member of staff was talking about a colleague taking dish from him and how it was F**King annoying. Now I am sure that is...however i chose to take my children away and teach them manners and how to behave whilst dining out I didnt wish for them to hear that. I will say this wasn't shouted but most definitely within earshot of customers, including my family. I am sad to have written this and want to finish with a positive... all other staff members were polite, professional and lovely. It just takes two member of staff to behave this way and undo the good of all others. I would come back as we had a great time but felt that honest feedback is useful. I hope you agree as I am the type of person that looks for the good. X thanks for a lovely stay
