Great weekend getaway

Liked: Modern, good location, quick 10 minute walk to the London Eye, Big Ben, etc. was the perfect weekend getaway!

Excellent hotel and so handy...

Liked: The hotel location was great, right beside Lambeth North tube station and 5 minute walk from Westminster Bridge. Kids loved the breakfast and the selection was great. Gym and swimming pool were a great added bonus.
Disliked: Swimming pool temperature could be a bit warmer, my wife didn't swim because it was too cold for her. Found the room lighting system hard to manage.

Liked: The breakfast could have more options. The cleaning was not complete perfect. the staff cleans the tables to the floor what is not very friendly to see, I must say!

Would stay there again

Liked: Great location, reasonable size of the room, very good value for money.

Liked: Location is good. Bed is comfortable. Room was clean.
Disliked: Part of the staff is incompetent and inpolite. My daughter asked to arrange a breakfast in the room, she was told that it is not possible and the normal people take breakfast in the restaurant. Even the breakfast was mentioned in the room service booklet. After I talk to other team member, order was made for 9:30 next day. But it was not delivered at time. It was only delivered after additional call.
