Lovely hotel in a quieter...

Liked: This is my second visit to the hotel. Check in a little confusing, especially as I had downloaded the app to save time, but the door man insisted on taking me and my luggage to check in at the desk, even though I said it was too early. Fantastic breakfast, but lots of waiting around for a plate or dish, as none anywhere? As I had been before I knew I could ask for pancakes or fried/poached eggs, but this time no waitress to explain or help at the table. Again I had to look for someone to ask?Good idea of offfering a bottle of wine or £10 voucher towards your meal, which I opted for, instead of housekeeping. Although I never used the voucher.Great location which was a lot quieter and less people around the area unlike towards Westminster bridge. Perfect for walking to and from Vauxhall station. Battersea power station and Chelsea can be walked, or take a uber boat. Great views of the Houses of Parliament. The pool, stream room and sauna was a great addition and very clean.
Disliked: Service at breakfast could have been better. Replacement of empty dishes and plates etc.

Highly recommend great value for...

Liked: Very clean and well presented. We got upgraded to a 1 bed suite we booked an executive double with river view. Staff were all excellent and eager to please. Price was excellent for what we were provided with. No complaints and looking forward to returning.

Great stay very helpful staff,...

Liked: Facilities were great, staff members were very attentive and made every effort to help us with our requests
Disliked: Room was not clean especially bathroom and we had to ask for additional cleaning to be doneBathroom sync was clogged. An engineer attended the issue promptly and fixed the issue. I do not think hygiene was maintained during the cleanup post fixing the syncThere were no water bottles glasses etc when we checked in but they were provided the next morning after the cleaningI think park plaza can do better than this
