Very comfortable room; very convenient for train station; would stay there again.

I was awake until 5.30 in the morning from the lifts going up and down. Then was woken at 7.30am by the builders next door. Not good sleep when you're 6 months pregnant. Was glad to get home for some sleep which was a shame as the shopping trip went out of the window.

Liked: Not much, only the location was ok
Disliked: The room was super dirty, with visible dust everywhere. The room was super dark, the few lights in the room were not suitable for working at my laptop and/or reading a book, therefore I ended up going to a coffee shop everyday. Staff was not helpful at all when I reported my issues with shower gel not available in the room and the fact that the hairdryer was dangerous and it should have been removed from the room due to safety reasons.Breakfast wasn't great either, I also found 5 yogurts expired, that tells how accurate staff is when checking the dates (or not checking?).I won't be going back for sure

Good value for the weekend...

Liked: Friendly, efficient staff. Good facilities. Good location. Room was exceptional.
Disliked: Unfortunately over the weekend our nights from midnight to 5am were blighted by noisy neighbours which made sleep for me almost impossible (though my daughter slept through it). A group of lads congregated in one room and made the most of their stay. I suppose I could have complained but I was young once myself!

Very good city centre hotel...

Liked: The room was very spacious with a large comfortable bed and bright with fantastic views over Leeds. It was exactly where we needed to be, close to the station and also to the venue where we were attending a party.The reception staff and their counterpart at Booking.com could not have been more helpful as we had to cut our stay short as I had booked trains home a day earlier than I had thought! It all got sorted out very quickly.
Disliked: Breakfast was okay but nothing more than that. Coffee was instant which I always find a huge disappointment - should have had tea! The buffet was no better than a budget hotel.
