Good location apart from that...

Liked: The location & view is the only thing I recommend about this hotel
Disliked: The fact that the staff were completely uninterested in my issues regarding my room, lost medication, returning from a long day at 10:30pm at night to be told we’ve been moved rooms… a simple phone call or email to forewarn us would have been appreciated especially when we’re told that morning we could not move rooms as we wouldn’t be returning to the hotel until late. Such a drama!!! Then the 3rd night again having spent all day exploring the city, we returned to our room and the cleaner had just began cleaning it, at 8pm at night. Again, we couldn’t get into our room to get freshened up, we’d had reservations for a restaurant that we missed because we could not get changed, a total disaster!!!! Reception not interested, we were told that rooms can be getting cleaned up until 8pm which we later found out was a lie as even the manager was shocked at hearing this. We also had to ask 4 times for our old room to be checked as my husband had left his medicine behind, I actually had to get angry in order to get this sorted! When he eventually got back into the old room It had been cleaned & no sign of his medication which had obviously been lifted or dumped meaning he had to go this whole trip without it! Staff were completely useless!! Breakfast was diabolical also, but everything empty & not replenished after 10am by the look of it! Also no cutlery in our room even though we had a microwave didn’t realise we had no forks until our food was cooked!

Didn’t like my stay at...

Liked: The location, I have stayed at the same hotel previously as well.
Disliked: The room was not at all clean. No body seems to have hoovered the room for very long, the carpet and floor was covered in dirt and lint.

Friendly staff and great location...

Liked: Very helpful and friendly staff and super location!
Disliked: The room was slightly shabby. There were sticker marks and scuff marks on the furniture and walls. The bathroom was superficially clean but lots of water marks in the bath, shower and sink.

Has an excellent overnight stay

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Good choice something for everyone

Comfortable stay in good location.

Liked: The beds were very comfortable. Rooms were adequately equipped with facilities like fridge, sink, glasses, Staff were attentive in the bar.
Disliked: Toilet paper holders need to be nearer to the toilets in the rooms. No southern comfort available in bar.Breakfast on second morning was less organised than previous day.
