Nice enough but overrated and...

Liked: Comfortable bed. Small kitchenette a big plus.
Disliked: Sofa bed for kids uncomfortable and noisy. Smell from restaurant travels up to the 13th floor and if your room is close to stairs you sleep smelling grilled chicken. Water temperature not hot enough. Rooms are dated. It is overpriced.

Liked: The location is truly exceptional, with stunning views of the London Eye. Being right in the heart of London made me feel incredibly comfortable and connected to the city’s vibrant energy. The building itself is beautiful, with plenty of elevators for easy access and a thoughtfully designed colour palette that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere — it genuinely makes you want to stay longer.
Disliked: However, a bit more attention to maintenance would elevate the experience even further. Some of the furniture and paintwork could use refreshing to match the overall high standard of the place. With a little more care in these areas, this hotel could easily be one of the best in London.

Liked: Fantastic location with very comfortable rooms. Helpful staff in all areas.Good breakfast with lots of choices.
Disliked: Not much. Bit disorganised at breakfast as kids area next to hot drinks station so potential for disaster!!!Side of the bath very high but that’s about it.
