Highly recommend for families!

Liked: - Excellent Communication. The hotel was great with communication before my arrival, which made everything smooth. - The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and they even provided a special kid's welcome kit that made my children feel right at home. - The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options.- The location was perfect, situated near the London Eye, which was a huge plus for sightseeing. Highly recommend for families!

Stay was good. We stayed...

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: Shower head was too low for me to stand under. I’m 6’ 2 so not abnormally tall. Had to crouch under it slightly. A tad pricy for the size of room and seemed like it had not been updated in a while.
