Liked: It was a central hotel, easy to get around for sightseeing
Disliked: We ate at the restaurant one evening. The service was terrible. There were only 10 people in the restaurant with two staff and it took 20 minutes to get a drink. The food was sat under the lamp for 10 minutes, I had to tell them it was ready! The shower in the room was broken, and the toilet was blocked. Not very good value for the money we paid.

Liked: The location was on the South Bank, close to the tube and the train. Our room was excellent - good size room, comfortable beds, fridge, microwave, plates and cutlery. We especially loved the bowl of fresh fruit upon our arrival. We did not have the hotel breakfast. We also loved the availability of fruit at the elevators during the day. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The gym had a couple of machines that didn't work for our entire stay.
