Night club outside

Liked: Good location with everything in walking distance
Disliked: Our room was on 2nd floor but didnt realise until late at night that we had a club opposite, by which time it was to late to request a room change, slept fine once the club closed in the early hours, also had to request refund for items that were charged but not requested. So all in all not the best experience, I probably would stay again, but I'd be wary and get a room on the otherside

Liked: The whole experience went well the staff in reception very helpful and friendly . Breakfast excellent plenty of choice . Location excellent . No complaints will stay again soon.

Would stay again but quite...

Liked: Good choice, did really rate the bread option for Gluten and dairy free a little dry.Lady who served us (don’t have her name, young, long blonde hair) exceptionally helpful and friendly. Good checkout time, and good finish time for the breakfast. Rooms clean, comfy beds

Liked: Fabulous entrance. Lovely big bath and comfy bed and nice to have a card for my birthday
Disliked: Our room wasn’t ready although we got there when told. We waited roughly 20mins and only got the key when I went to ask what was going on. When we got to the room there was trays of dirty plates and cutlery and food on the floor by door form previous guests. Wernt made to feel like we were celebrating no birthday wishes or nothing from check in staff

A marvellous base for visiting...

Liked: Love the beautiful and comfortable reception/lounge area, and the lovely outdoor veranda off the bar. Also the pool - probably the best hotel pool I’ve been to - and very good restaurant. Staff always reliably good here. Also fabulous position in the city centre.
Disliked: Nothing.
