Totally relaxing, fabulous, friendly and...

Liked: Location. Good foyer. Easy to get round. Love the gym and pool
Disliked: Windows that don’t open. Would’ve liked slippers and gown when using the pool especially slippers due to slipping on pool side risk.

Nothing short of luxury.

Liked: We had a free room upgrade which was amazing and very much appreciated. It was a lovely room. Junior suite I think it was called. We was attending a concert next door and loved how close it was. Breakfast was lovely. Lots of choice and everything was good quality.
Disliked: The heating wasn’t working in the room. We had a portable radiator which was okay for the room but I couldn’t shower as the bathroom was too cold. Also no 24hr room service but we got over it

Warm relaxed place to stay

Liked: The hotel was fabulous from the moment you walked in, the lounge area was lit with a fire a very warm atmosphere. The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable, the room came with clean towels tea and coffee making facilities and a complementary bottle of water. The spa and swimming pool were spotless and even though we took our own towels to the pool we were given towels by the kind gentleman that worked in the spa. The breakfast was beautiful and even though checkout was 12pm we were still allowed to used the spa and swimming pool facilities after the checkout time. Highly recommend the park plaza and will definitely we going back again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
