The Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport is strategically located close to the A9 a 10-minute drive from Schiphol Airport and Amsterdam center. There is a tram stop with direct connections to Amsterdam's city center only a 10-minute walk away. This hotel benefits from free Wi-Fi in the public areas and free HiSpeed internet access in the rooms. Please note that the airport shuttle service to and from Schiphol Airport is available from 4:45 to midnight and runs every half hour. As per 1st of October please be advised that a €5 ticket is required for the shuttle for return journeys from the hotel back to the airport. Shuttle tickets can be purchased at the hotel Reception. Kids under 12 ride for free. The hotel offers comfortable rooms a stylish bar restaurant a games room with several billiards tables and access to gym. Perfect location for an overnite...

Liked: The reception area was beautiful ! It was great to have cold water and cookies and some fruit available to have and we enjoyed them every time we got back from our day out! The beds were very comfotable and the complementary water was so much appreciated by us.
Disliked: The rooms were a bit plain compared to the elegance of the reception area. Our TV seemed to have a mind of its own and kept turning on by itself.

Overpriced for an outdated place...

Liked: Spacious room, nice view
Disliked: Wired floor plan... TV and Sofa were placed on the same side...and their so called digital service on WhatsApp doesn't have anyone reply until midnight. The front desk was not welcoming, friendly or anything close to that... they were also useless on the phone... so in case you need any single help, you have to go down to front desk in person. Besides, the room card expires every single time you use it... so you need to have more trips to front desk for activate the card...The receptionist had no idea that hotel has family room can actually accommodate 4 people, the way she asked me made me feel quite awkward. Breakfast was quite simple, without options for lactose free/gluten free etc...

Big Facility but needs better...

Liked: Checking was great, lot of parking and facility is big.
Disliked: Rooms are little dated with furniture scratched and walls have patches on it. Caulking in the washroom is cracked and dirty. Stains on the carpets in the hallways and AC is not managed well.
