Liked: Amazing location and extremely clean. Wonderful access to everything.
Disliked: One reason I chose to stay at Park Place hotel is the coconut club deck bar. In 2024 it stayed open until 10 PM and I loved stopping there for a drink and a bite after being on the boardwalk. It was a nice way to cap the night After a long day. This year they close at 8 PM? Why in the world what a prime location right on the boardwalk and a lovely deck bar close at 8 PM!? Very disappointed in that and it makes no sense. There are many people who would’ve loved to stop there After a long day on the boards. You’re missing a money making thing here and disappointing some of your customers!

Liked: The receptionist was awesome and also every time we requested something they will bring it up quickly.Everyone was friendly.
Disliked: Room wasn’t ready by the time they told us it would be.And when they give us the room it wasn’t clean the beds were a mess trash in the bathroom and it was still wet .We had to come to the reception and request an other room.They told us to wait because they were going to clean one for us and soonest it was ready they will call us .
