Liked: I love the fact that this is an oceanfront property. Each time that I come it’s always a great time. This visit was exceptional because of the magnificent customer service. I can’t remember her name but the African American lady at the front desk (tall,grey braids) showcased her exceptional customer service. It’s good to have someone willing to go above and beyond to make sure that each guest is appreciated. Her energy, spirit and passion for service was very much appreciated! Not just for me but for each guest that I saw her interact with.
Disliked: I wish there was an iron in the room but I made each outfit work.

We’ll be back.

Liked: It’s right on the boardwalk, the staff was very friendly and it was very clean. We will definitely use this hotel again.

Liked: Breakfast was offered? That wasnt made clear and had no idea.
Disliked: If the advertised heated pool was warmer. It was still cold.
