Liked: First time trip for our granddaughter to Traverse City. Our room was on the 9th floor with a balcony overlooking the bay and Boardman Lake. She really enjoyed the room and the city. Thanks

Liked: The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to put a coffee maker in my room. The location was close to downtown. The rooms were nice and very clean.
Disliked: Didn’t have a negative experience.

Disliked: 1. Didn't get room I booked. 2. Minerva bartender was rude. 3. Didn't clean our room.

Liked: Overall pretty good. No fresh Towels put in the Room. Trash didn‘t get emptied. Temperatur in the Restaurant way to low, had to eat Dinner with our Coats on. Staff at the Service Desk super nice and helpfull!
