Disliked: No working elevator. Hot water was not hot but warm the 1st few days of our trip. We had two nights left and had zero hot water. I was told that the boiler was making a noise so they turned it off. Not sure how you just turn off hot water for a hotel and think that it’s ok. I am still waiting on a refund for the two nights I had to find another hotel room for. I think the hotel could be a really nice if they would fix the issues. The rooms are large just a little dark.

Liked: Staff is friendly
Disliked: Elevator has been shut off- making it difficult for guests of the 2nd floor onwards. Maintenance is not done regularly - won't get coffee/creamer refills daily unless you call.
