Never again and do not...

Disliked: The Staff were not helpful, room was not clean, no working elevator, the staff did not offer any help, they gave his keys to someone else’s room, and no working thermostat or AC in our room. The staff were not even apologetic or tried resolving our issues.

Liked: The room was very clean and the bed was very, very comfortable
Disliked: The properties elevator was not working and I had explained when I made a reservation that my husband had a bad knee very stressful climbing the stairs every time we had to leave that should’ve been fixed
