Great weekend stay!

Liked: So close to NW 23rd and good walking distance to Providence Park and Washington Park.

Excellent place to stay.

Liked: Nice and clean! Stayed in a King bed suite for two nights last week. Excellent location. Walking distance to the restaurants, downtown, and the park. Kitchen is equipped with full size refrigerator and dishwasher. There is overflow parking spaces as well. The only problem is that there is no view but walls as I got a room on the second floor in the side building.

A perfect Portland stay with...

Liked: We loved Park Lane Suites! The location is perfect—close to downtown and parks yet quiet. Spacious, clean rooms with great amenities and parking. The staff was outstanding, friendly, and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again!

Very nice location in Portland...

Liked: Very convenient for both places I needed to be in Portland and good food nearby, very walkable
Disliked: Smoker stood out on the balcony so it was hard to keep the windows open in nice weather

Summer 2025

Liked: Welcoming and helpful front desk staff. Very clean hotel and room. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Nice to - go complimentary breakfast. Beautiful city view at night from the second building across from the main building.
Disliked: The two queen bedroom in the second building is compact. Parking can be tight with no walkway without a curb obstruction. No elevator to the second floor making lugging luggage a strain.

Liked: Amazing location, a few steps from downtown in a actually nice neighborhood. Amazing staff. Free parking (if its full around the corner). Great value in comparison to other hotels in the area.

A comfortable stay. Wish I...

Liked: Location is near Washington Park with a zoo and the Hoyt Arboterum with its free shuttle. Great for walkers and hikers! Powell's Book is very close, and can be reached with a bus. The tram comes close to the soccer/football stadium, but the walk up the hill is only for the more active among us if you have a lot of suitcases.
