Very good

Liked: Everything in the room was fine, a bit dated but it was all manageable and clean. It was great that there was parking.
Disliked: The Internet speed was very bad and I had a tough time holding a meeting.

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful! Great value, overall room size was good, amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee machine, stove) were nice, sofa bed was comfortable, TV in both the bedroom and living room was convenient.
Disliked: Refrigerator made a loud clicking noise that disturbed my sleep at night, sofa bed wasn't the cleanest.

Not good.

Liked: The location close to Washington Park was good.
Disliked: The room felt like the worst room in a Motel 6. The bed actually made very loud squeaky noises with any movement. And every step with or without shoes could be heard from the 2nd floor.We are 79 and have stayed in many hotel rooms over the last 60 years. This was the worst.

Quiet. Clean. Safe. Very good...

Liked: Super clean. Very quiet. Super roomy and practical for a couple with a teenage daughter to have privacy. Free parking within 10 minute walk of a busy shopping area and ~30' walk from downtown Portland. Hotel well integrated into residential neighborhood.
Disliked: I reported the failing seal on the refrigerator that got it running extra hard. My kid who was sleeping on the pullout couch actually likes white noise so she didn't care. We didn't hear it because we could close the door.The extra blanket for the pullout couch was a bit flimsy but it worked.

It was a great stay

Liked: The hotel was in a great location and the bonus was free parking. The staff was so helpful and very friendly.
Disliked: The rooms were a little tight for a family of 4 but we made it work.
