Spacious rooms in a great...

Liked: Great location for exploring Central Park.Very large room and spacious bathroom. Early check in. Fast lifts.
Disliked: Staff weren’t overly friendly or helpful. While we had a nice stay it didn’t feel particularly special or luxurious. It felt like a generic large hotel. No kettle or additional toiletries in the room.

Employees who do not hesitate...

Disliked: Both concierge and reception staff were totally unhelpful. To say yes to customers questions always, they dont hesitate to say lies which was very unproffesional. During check in they confirmed 3 times for late check out. However, last day they said there is no late check out arranged. Another issue; while i was waiting a parcel and they told me concierge will receive it as soon as it delivers, they were telling they didnt receive it when i already received delivered notification. And for the person who received the parcel (name written on proof of delivery), concierge was insisting that they dont have any employee of that name while speaking with her on the phone in front of us!When, suddenly, fire alarms went on, we could barely hear the announcements, and no proper clarification was provided. As a result, we missed our restaurant slot. Concierge didnt even try call the restaurant that we missed our slot and fortunately, I personally managed to postpone the reservation and avoided any no-show charges.Overall, considering these experiences, I would say that the service at the hotel was very poor, which is totally unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.

Amazing and would definitely stay...

Liked: Spacious rooms with a great view of the park. Heaps of elevators so not much waiting time. Luggage storage at reception when we arrived early. The in room dining was superb and fast and meals were restaurant quality. Housekeeping was amazing! Front reception was great. Great location, close to everything.
Disliked: Was a tad expensive.
