A great budget hotel choice...

Liked: A perfectly nice spot if you are staying in central/west London and don't want to pay the earth. Easy access by tube, it is a short walk to attractions like the Natural History Museum, The Albert Hall and South Kensington. Staff were great, the room was clean and perfectly adequate, and breakfast was good value. We also had a very nice (and cheap) meal in the Turkish cafe/restaurant across the road.

Very good

Liked: Location was great easy access to train service
Disliked: Staff could have been a little more knowledgeable about there surrounding activities. Would also have been nice to have had some more amenities in the room bottle water as most other hotels do.

Disappointing.

Liked: It was in a convenient location
Disliked: The room we were given was tiny and did not match the pictures advertised. The pictures showed a much larger room and also said there was going to be a mini fridge and hair dryer in the room. However neither was provided in the room we got. We were given a slightly bigger room after notifying the receptionist however this room did not contain a mini fridge or hairdryer either.

Do not book it

Liked: Close to Gloucester tube station ,which leads to lots of great tourist attractions.Close to pharmacies and supermarkets .
Disliked: Breakfast staff were very bad except for 1 lady who was quite helpful.Plates for hot food were stone cold meaning your breakfast was then cold.No breakfast options for childrenHorrible spicy sausages.No food available after breakfast time.Bar closed on Monday .Nothing to do in the hotel day or night.Carpets horrifically worn and dirty .No guidance given about tube usage ,bus routes or anything really.Rooms very small .Restaurants and pubs close by were very expensive.

Fantastic girlie short break in...

Liked: All of the Staff were very hlepful and friendy, Breakfast was excellent and we loved the location.
Disliked: Maybe to have drinking water available and aircon in the rooms, they were very warm even with the windows open
