excellent for what and where...

Liked: Ease if booking in and courtesy shown by staff

Excellent Choice for a trip...

Liked: Location was excellent for our Theatre trip to the Royal Albert Hall.Considering the road noise, the room was very quiet.
Disliked: It would be nice to have more locations to hang things, such as Coats.All there was was a single wardrobe. There was plenty of empty wall space by the entrance door to put up some wall hangers.Better instructions on how to use the aircon/heater would have been useful to as it wasn't made clear until our exit that the aircon could do gotas well as cool air.
