desapointed and if this is...

Liked: reception was very smart and clean
Disliked: the bedroom was very outdated, the shower tray didn't empty very well and the side sink was dirty ,carpet and dirty desk and overhead light didn't work either i did book as well for the sunday but did cancel ,spoken to the reception desk about my disappointment and have sent a email to Michal Pleszak but no reply

Interesting maze

Liked: Great location with everything nearby.Easy to catch uber
Disliked: No concierge & having to carry your own luggagesAt first no toiletries were refilled but in the end it was given

Comfortable and elegant, luxurious and...

Liked: The property is classic London! Decorating was a very elegant, and the room was huge! Bed was a bit soft, but very comfortable
Disliked: Our room was at the front of the hotel. Double pane windows helped keep the noise down.

Hotel will be much better...

Liked: Location was very good close to rail and tube. The room was not as good as expected as it was in the old part of the hotel. This is to be renovated in June. Room was small and old and the window sill had flaking paint and moss growing on it. Breakfast was very good. Staff on the, front desk and service staff very helpful.
Disliked: The room was in the old part of the hotel,, not good.

I would stay here again...

Liked: I liked that it was very close to the subway. I liked their breakfast. I also felt that the staff was very good.
Disliked: The room was very small. The carpet is stained and makes the place look old. The price is high for this place.
