Disliked: The A/C not Working , They didn’t bring Free drinks Water & Coffee .They didn’t change the room when I told they about the A/C or fix it . To expensive for the size & service

Very good

Liked: Very comfortable light and airy room which was spotless. Good breakfast, good location close to underground. Very convenient for visits to all the sites in London. Staff were excellent.
Disliked: The Checkmate bar was a little underwhelming with no atmosphere.

Great location, clean and friendly...

Liked: It’s a great location near Gloucester station. Easy to get into Knightsbridge. Rooms are clean and it’s a quiet hotel. Gym has enough in it for a workout, plenty of weights. The staff were great.
Disliked: We got a room on the 5th floor. It was small and could hear traffic outside. My friend got an upgrade and got a lovely big room with a bath. The bar/restaurant wasn’t open.

Disliked: bedsheets could be a bit too thick which makes you feel hot
