Excellent customer service by all...
Liked: Breakfast was simple and reasonable value. Good coffee. I would have liked rye toast.
Disliked: Maybe a little more variety in the breakfast menu. Staff was friendly and polite!

From loyal customer to never...
Liked: Hot tub
Disliked: The staff—specifically a man who said his name was Ken—created an extremely negative and upsetting experience for me during check-in on Monday, April 14, 2025, at 11:37 PM. I explained that due to the security settings on my card, I needed to enter my PIN manually for any transaction above $250. He kept trying to tap the card and insisted there was no money on it, despite me clearly stating that I needed to insert the card myself. I had to argue and repeat myself for over 10 minutes before he finally allowed me to use the machine properly. There are security cameras at the front desk—please review them to see how unnecessarily difficult and dismissive this interaction was. I was exhausted from a long drive from Montreal, and after a full day of stress, being met with rudeness and resistance like this made me feel deeply unwelcome. Honestly, I wanted to leave right then and there. This isn’t my first visit—I’ve stayed at this hotel six times since 2022:•September 20, 2022•November 20, 2022•November 28, 2022•January 2, 2023•January 7, 2023•February 7, 2023And now, April 14, 2025.Unfortunately, this is the last time I’ll be staying here. It’s not just this one interaction with Ken. I’ve noticed a general sense of low morale among the staff. I asked another employee where the ice machine was. She answered, but her expression looked so sad and exhausted that I asked if she was okay. Her response was:“This hotel works us like crazy. It’s like we’re slaves. It’s just two of us and we have 15 rooms to clean in a few hours.”That was heartbreaking to hear. I don’t blame the employees—I believe this is a management issue. It’s clear the staff is overworked, possibly mistreated, and it’s affecting the energy and service quality for guests. Instead of welcoming, the atmosphere felt heavy and hostile.A few more concerns:•No staff wear name tags, which is a serious safety and accountability issue.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed...
Liked: The hotel room had all sorts of issues, including outlets and deadbolts that didn’t work. The walls are also paper thin and you can hear everything. The staff were also grossly incompetent at handling sensitive situations. They were also very rude.
