Liked: When we got there they deleted our reservation so we had no room when we got there and the night lady was the rudest person and very argumentative and on drugs. She would not call her manger when we requested and threatened to call the cops because we insisted she call the manger. No manager was called but she did manage to call me names, so we left and found a room somewhere else
Disliked: Staff is terrible should not be listed on booking.com as pay at arrival if manger just removes someone’s confirmed reservations

Liked: My reservation was never received and they had no rms

Great hotel and location, needs...

Liked: Location and front office staff.
Disliked: Homeless presence had negative impact on feeling of safety!

Disliked: Charged me two times and would not give me a receipt

Liked: Location! Was a good value but not much of a room!
Disliked: Weeds! Not much to look at!

Disappointing

Liked: Location was great breakfast was. Non existent
Disliked: The yelling of tenants in other rooms the constant noise

Liked: No hot water and no discount provided for this inconvenience which is unacceptable

Less than I expected based...

Liked: The beds were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The breakfast (which is why we chose this motel) was 2 pots of coffee, two apples, and prepackaged Hostess Danish. We had to ask the clerk to bring out more so there would be enough for all of us. No drinks for the grandsons. The two rooms were not side by side. I had two grandsons, my daughter had her other two sons.
