Very friendly and comfy!

Liked: I like everything - starting from checkin till checkout! The staff is super friendly and helpful, room is really nice and cozy (kids loved that 2-stored bed!) + bath (instead of shower). Hotel is located in the heart of a shopping mall so you can have everything you need (food / drinks / drugs / colouring books / batch bombs / you name it). Definitely will visit this hotel again with kids!
Disliked: The only thing that disappointed a bit - no resto at the hotel for lunch. But you have other options in the neighbourhood.

Very good

Liked: The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is great. The room was clean and had a nice garden view.
Disliked: The shower in the bathroom was a little bit difficult to get into.

Exceptional

Liked: Vegan options in Food Very supportive and friendly staff at reception Excellent location - just next to Railway/Metro
Disliked: Bathroom - i found bathing space very small They were not changing towels on daily basis (not sure if this is the practice at Stockholm)
