Liked: The location was good and the beds were ok
Disliked: The carpet looked like something was living in there. The windows looked rotten. The bathroom was a disaster, the tap shot the water out and was very hard to regulate, the shower had only hot or cold water (as per my daughter), there was no brush to clean the toilet after… and the flush was so hard to press for anything to go down. And finally the bin had bin bags in there which closed of the bin!Overall the worst room if been in, in years. Last but not least, the person who check is in… very friendly but no information… when is breakfast? Do we have breakfast? When is check out etc. next year we come again and I hope it is much better.

Liked: Great location and friendly but professional staff. Fantastic views and really black out curtains
Disliked: There was only one toilet roll, one bath towel and one pillow each. No hand soap or shampoo. This felt mean and pretty poor for the price. Stains on the carpet also.

Liked: Very good location, very clean. Lifts were very quick. Overall a nice hotel.
Disliked: Windows were very dirty, don’t think they had been clean in a long time. Not great ventilation as the window would not stay up. Smoking area outside in the bar area could do with a tidy up. Hanging baskets on the handrails full of cigarette butts.
