Good and bad experiences in...

Liked: Our stay at the Radisson Blu was very good its location was close to sights and city. The support from the staff finding transport from the airport was very helpful. The bar upstairs provided excellent views of the city in a relaxed atmosphere.
Disliked: I know it was not the responsibility of the hotel but we had a bad experience when we left. We took a taxi from out the front of the hotel to the central railway and the driver took us the long way. I had to tell him several times that he was going the wrong way and showed him on Google maps that I knew he was taking us for a ride. Such dishonesty.

Pleasant

Liked: Receptionist was quite rude. Never got a receipt. Never got my reward points. Had to ask what my room number was and where the lifts were. Seemed too interested in chatting to the girl who was then starting her shift and another customer who interrupted us to deal with me.It’s a shame as the hotel is nice, albeit a bit pricey for what it is, but would have stayed there again. Probably wouldn’t now.

Liked: Very good location - close to the train station (this is what we wanted). Good breakfast (and we liked that it started early). Rooms very nice, comfortable - everything was perfect.

Liked: Great location,takes 15 minutes around to Operahuset side which means center of the city by walk.You can also get on bus or tam from the next street of hotel. Breakfast included,enough for the day.
