Liked: I appreciate how the reception staff accommodated our luggage since our arrival time was around 1pm. We were able to keep the luggage at the reception and explore Nuremberg, since the checkin time is 3 pm strictly. Also, liked the proximity to the Metro station.

It was overall okay.

Liked: Location, cleanliness, and staff were nice. There is aromatic water in the lobby as well as a ice-machine.
Disliked: We mentioned that we would be staying with our medium size dog and had to pay 20 Euro for him per night. This is a ridiculously high fee and it is not mentioned anywhere. They provided a dog blanket and bowl, which was nice but still didnt make up for the high fee. The room was small but enough. AC didnt work, they already provided a portable AC but it was very noisy to sleep with.

Liked: The rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. The bed was equipped with led lights and breakfast table. We also appreciated the complementary coffee and tea.
Disliked: The staff seemed rather confused. They had no information of our early check in we book upon arrival. Entered our room after we checked in and called us early in the morning to ask us questions. Besides this the accommodation itself was perfect.
