A good position with excellent...

Liked: Good location, and very good buffet breakfast. Room service lady was lovely, and very friendly and helpful. Liked the infused water and biscuits and other snacks available free of charge in reception. Upgraded room, probably because there seemed to be very few people staying there.
Disliked: Didn't like the building work across the road starting at 7am! it's a bit early when on holiday to be woken by pneumatic drills.

Liked: The location was very good, just a few minutes by walk from the main attractions. Nürnberg itself was absolutely amazing. There was ongoing renovation but didn’t limit our stay at all. There was one family complaining about the breakfast quality and being too harsh on the stuff, in my opinion the breakfast was sufficient, I enjoyed it a lot, especially the local sausages. Overall we loved our stay. Hotel staff, especially the lady on reception, was very nice to us.
Disliked: Parking fee is a bit much, paying 20€ per night in the garage is a quite expensive in my opinion. Anyway car was safe and we could leave the car there even after check-out which I appreciate.

Liked: Very good breakfast.24/7 mini shop in the lobby (for snacks)
Disliked: Ac was not working, when I opened window to have some cool air it was loud. So either way I had troubles to fall asleep.Nobody told me in advance and there was no info about it.If I would know that I would pick different hotel.Shower was small and the doors to the shower were so stupid if I wanted to get inside I had to squeeze against wall to close it. There was no main light in the room, only a reading lamps and one big lamp. But no main light.Only one pillow for person.

Disliked: Only one flat pillow, hot items at breakfast were lukewarm, bar closed.

Liked: All staffs are very friendly and the room is very clean.
Disliked: However the windows and walls can’t isolate loud sound from the main street and other rooms.

Mixed Experience – Some Good,...

Liked: We recently stayed at this hotel. The location is great—just a 15-minute walk from the bus station—and the breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety of food to choose from. In the room there was a kettle for tea and coffee which was great. The room was clean and big. Our room was on the 2nd floor, but due to renovations, we couldn’t access it directly. Instead, we had to take an elevator to the 5th floor, walk across the building, and then take a second elevator back down to the 2nd floor. This wasn’t just inconvenient—it added at least 5 minutes every time we wanted to go up or down, especially frustrating during the busy breakfast hours when elevators were packed. The receptionist informed us about this routing with no apology or attempt to offer an alternative, which was disappointing.On top of that, the TV in our room didn’t work. When we mentioned it during checkout, the staff responded with, “It didn’t work?”—which made it obvious they already knew about the issue but hadn’t done anything to fix it or let us know in advance.
