Aweful experience horrible stay ever

Disliked: No microwave, refrigerator, and no breakfast served

Disliked: Roaches

It was disgusting, nasty and...

Liked: Nothing it was soo nasty and dirty
Disliked: There was cockroach all in the room climbing on the bed and there was blood on the blankets

Liked: I never got to check in they said you had to be 21

Park Inn please do better

Liked: Nor to much my room had cockroaches and I was never given a card key and I found my room door unlocked and open when I returned and I had to file a police report over the incident
Disliked: My card kept not going to me and given to a woman I don't know Coach roaches all in my room at night I had to killBeing put upstairs with a walker It was the head male housekeeper who conducted all of this

Disappointing

Liked: The price was good. And the proximity to the freeway was good.
Disliked: The heater did not work. I was locked out at midnight in a sketchy neighborhood with homeless people everywhere. The gal who checked me in was nice, but the young man in the evening was disgruntled having to help me, saying this happens all the time with the eye roll as if it's my fault. Breakfast is an inflatable crepe in a bag, an orange and coffee. Yikes ! I've never appreciated an orange more ! I thought having the Radisson name it would have been better. Do better Radisson !!

Disliked: Cockroach all over , burning done by the Cantrell's both Donna and Tony they obviously know the ppl who work here everyone needs to be fired and new staff needs to come in that you can trust to treat the customers correctly with our ys toy have no business I am requesting management to review this and either refund my stay or move me to another room and credit me the days I spent in room #203 I probably have cockroachs now yuck all over the walls and floors I killed many and I also have proof of the roaches It was the male housekeeper who seemed to be doing all this my tv had no remote everything was not the way it should have been
