Complained to reception, received 2 new towels but still didn’t fill the conditioner bottle.

Disliked: Mucky Towels on arrival and no conditioner filled in bottle in shower.

I am in a wheelchair and the automatic door was out of order so me and my husband had to negotiate a revolving door, with a small suitcase. Even leaving the case in the lobby, it was very difficult fitting in me in the chair and my husband.

Liked: Lovely wet room; comfy bed; good pillows; good coffee.
Disliked: Dirty stained carpet.

Helpful staff.

Liked: Very clean.
Disliked: Cold room on arrival and slightly damp carpet.

Bad

Wouldn’t stay again!

Liked: I don’t know didn’t see past the reception and my room.
Disliked: The beds and pillows were just aweful! They were like bricks woke up multiple times through the night. So uncomfortable, terrible pain in my neck, shoulders and back.

Exceptional

Liked: Care shown by staff was exceptional when I had to cut short my stay due to illness.

Wouldn’t come again.

Liked: Great location. Net Zero service - room is stocked with the bare essentials (iron, hairdryer, towels, tea/coffee) and anything extra (robes, slippers, vanity kit, sewing kit) can be delivered.
Disliked: Bathroom wasn’t clean. Mould on walls, dirty mat and no toilet brush. Can only order one thing at a time on the delivery service, QR code for the delivery was nigh on impossible to scan. Staff were very rude - especially the front desk and gym/spa staff.
