Complained to reception, received 2 new towels but still didn’t fill the conditioner bottle.

Disliked: Mucky Towels on arrival and no conditioner filled in bottle in shower.

I am in a wheelchair and the automatic door was out of order so me and my husband had to negotiate a revolving door, with a small suitcase. Even leaving the case in the lobby, it was very difficult fitting in me in the chair and my husband.

Liked: Lovely wet room; comfy bed; good pillows; good coffee.
Disliked: Dirty stained carpet.

Liked: Staff were professional and helpful. The hotel was really clean and smelt very nice throughout the lobby and corridors. The room was a good size and clean.
Disliked: The tele didn't work very well, minimal channels worked. I had read the rooms had access to Netflix but this wasn't the case. They weights gym was a small area but manageable.

Liked: Good pool / spa facilities and good size rooms. Decent location round the corner from Victoria train station.
Disliked: Bar shut very early, extra pillows on the bed would have been good, pretty pricey for an overnight stay as well.
