Park Inn by Radisson Manchester City Centre

Complained to reception, received 2 new towels but still didn’t fill the conditioner bottle.

Disliked: Mucky Towels on arrival and no conditioner filled in bottle in shower.

I am in a wheelchair and the automatic door was out of order so me and my husband had to negotiate a revolving door, with a small suitcase. Even leaving the case in the lobby, it was very difficult fitting in me in the chair and my husband.

Liked: Lovely wet room; comfy bed; good pillows; good coffee.
Disliked: Dirty stained carpet.

Fine for a night but...

Liked: The hotel was a good location for where we wanted as we had stayed for a gig.The breakfast tasted a lot better than it looked and staff overall were friendly.The room was a decent size and had a big bed.
Disliked: For a one night stay it was £200 and not worth the premium price point.The bar was extortionate - we paid £8 for 2 lime and sodas. I appreciate it's a hotel bar, it for soda water, cordial and ice that is a rip off.My partner found that the shower was not hot enough for his liking.

Liked: Hotel, facilities and staff were very nice.
Disliked: There were 4 pillows in the room and all were very soft but I only discovered this when it was too late and therefore did not sleep too well. It would be nice if there were 2 soft and 2 hard pillows so there is an option.
