Loved exploring Hasselt from this...

Liked: Comfortable room and friendly staff in a great location to explore Hasselt

Ok for bicycle touring but...

Liked: Comfortable rooms and good location. Breakfast was great but was in another hotel. Bike parking inside (in a room opposite the reception) was available but needed to be negotiated with the staff.
Disliked: Very hard to find the entrance! You needed to go in via Raddison Blue to get your pass then go get your bike and bring it in a different way.

For every angel (utmost professional)...

Liked: Great location.Cheap parking right underneath hotel.
Disliked: Our room was not yet cleaned when we arrived in it(it was a huge mess). We were given another room, but next day our keycards stopped working, so we couldn't enter our room while we were in a massive hurry.The shampoo dispenser in our 'new' room was broken.Beds were as if they still had springs in them.

This was an excellent stay.

Disliked: We stayed in room 307. From the moment the bowling next door opened his doors, we could hear a very annoying sound from the bowling balls rolling in the lanes. From 12 pm till 2 am. I asked the staff about it but they did not suggest giving us a different room. They just said they had complaints before The hotel was not full at all so they could have given us a different room.
