Reception excellent, good polite service. Nice clean areas and comfortable bedroom. The hotel is situated near all shopping areas and the Motorpoint Arena. This was our first visit to the hotel which was recommended by family and friends. An excellent breakfast made our stay a memorable one. Hopefully we shall return again.

We booked this hotel as it was opposite the Motorpoint Arena, which we were going to. The mattress had seen better days and was very lumpy; room needed a make over. We were on the 5th floor but it was very noisy all night due to the area being serviced and cleaned up. Not the best Park Inn by Radisson we have stayed in.

Liked: Close to the Utilita Arena and late bar, room very spacious, comfortable bed and room was clean.
Disliked: Heater didn't work in room, flush on toilet was faulty and shower/bath not very powerful

Liked: Right opposite the stadium we were attending a concert at… The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful…
Disliked: More pillows needed in the bedroom

Disliked: I think the car parking was roo expensive I paid £40 for 2 days but I now know carpark just up the road is much cheaper so I would park the car in future in the other car park.
