Park Inn By Radisson Cardiff City Centre

Reception excellent, good polite service. Nice clean areas and comfortable bedroom. The hotel is situated near all shopping areas and the Motorpoint Arena. This was our first visit to the hotel which was recommended by family and friends. An excellent breakfast made our stay a memorable one. Hopefully we shall return again.

We booked this hotel as it was opposite the Motorpoint Arena, which we were going to. The mattress had seen better days and was very lumpy; room needed a make over. We were on the 5th floor but it was very noisy all night due to the area being serviced and cleaned up. Not the best Park Inn by Radisson we have stayed in.

Disliked: Room very hot; cupboard broken; door hanging off; bed lumpy.

Perfect for our group

Liked: We love that there was body wash, hand wash, shampoo and conditioner. There was a little cookie for us, water, and one of our children even had a shaving kit supplied. We filled up on a complimentary nice, healthy breakfast, and they stored our luggage while we explored the area. Everyone was fantastic! The other guests were polite because we didn't hear a thing from them.
Disliked: The beds were quite a bit firmer than we are used to.

Liked: Great location, good breakfast. We got bumped up to a superior room, which made our stay (4 nights) even more comfortable. The bed is huge and the room clean. The city centre and train station is just a round the corner.
Disliked: Room 308: the door closes abruptly and therefore bangs easily. Dangerous for the fingers too. That should be checked .
