Disliked: You cannot trust them. I've paid the reservation, but was told at the hotel that they were full, and that I would be reimbursed, but never heard from them again. I've booked last minute on an evening because my train was cancelled. I had tried 2 other hotels on booking, but immediately had gotten a response that the booking was cancelled. I tried Park Inn Radisson and got a confirmation from booking. I walked to the hotel, and while waiting heard one of the receptionists tell the other that they had no more rooms, but that reservations were still coming through booking. When my turn arrived, I explained I had just booked via booking, and the receptionist said they were full, there were no rooms. He gave me a notepad to write my data (name, phone number, booking reservation), and told me that I would be reimbursed. I trusted him and wrote it down. I was exhausted from my trip and I still had to find another hotel to spend the night. To my surprise, the next day I see a message from this hotel on booking, asking if I am still going to go to their accommodation. I write back explaining what had happened, and no one replies. I complained to Booking, which checks with the hotel, and they lied stating that they could have hosted me on that night. I left my details there, there were two receptionists who knew about it, and they refuse to reimburse me the 160 euros I paid for a reservation I did not used, because of them.

Disliked: Completely deferent from the time when I used to stay several times. Very rude and none professional new manager Cedric Lambert. I’m very disappointed with this management and hope admin will consider to move him from that hotel.
