Disliked: I have been requesting an invoice for 2 weeks now, but no one is sending it nor replying.

Liked: Freshly renovated rooms
Disliked: Entrance, reception and breakfastroom were under construction, small parking, only to reach by elevator

A great mini break in...

Liked: The hotel was lovely with a good lobby. I was pleasantly surprised how quiet the hotel was given its proximity to midi station. The room was very good with a large amount of space and a comfortable bed. It is a few steps away from the station, which easily connects you to all parts of the city thus making it a great hotel to book if you’re visiting.
Disliked: The room did not lock but after the receptionist confirmed the issue I was moved to an alternative room straight away.

Liked: The room was spacious enough, well equipped and staff friendly.
Disliked: The side table was not clean, had a coffee/tea mug stain on it. And this thing just spoiled everything for me.

Liked: I have stayed here many times and always enjoy coming back. The hotel is a few steps away from the main railway station (Brussels Midi), well connected by public transport to other parts of the city. Large and comfortable room. During the day there was some street noise but it was quiet at night.
Disliked: When I was waiting to check in, a lady who was checking in before me was told by the staff member at the reception that she had not made a booking at the hotel. Finally, she was able to retrieve the booking in her phone and - a miracle! - the booking appeared also on the hotel's system. The same thing happened to me when I was checking in on a previous occasion; it was good that then I also had access to the booking on my phone. Perhaps there is a fault with the hotel's booking system? Because this was (certainly) not an exceptional situation, the staff member should have been more helpful.
