Liked: We had a very pleasant experience, thanks to the friendly, helpful, and motivated hotel staff, especially the receptionist, and the convenient parking.

Liked: Close to the airport, free shuttle available, some convenient facilities. Hotel room was small but fine
Disliked: The USB ports in the room did not work, the room TV also did not work at first and we had to fix the wiring.

An easy night before BRU...

Liked: All went well, from parking, to dinner, to check out. Great hotel and friendly, lovely staff. Super place to stay before travel to/from BRU.
Disliked: Nothing. All was good.

Liked: I like the rooms. They were spacious. Their restaurant as well served real good food. I enjoy being a member because of the complimentary drinks and 10% discount
Disliked: I didn’t like that it took about 30 minutes + of a drive to get to the touristy area but the commute wasn’t as bad

0 sense of hospitality

Disliked: We arrived at the hotel with my family around 10pm, tired and just wanting to rest after a long day — but ended up waiting for almost an hour to get our room. The reason? Apparently there was a “shift change” happening. No one explained anything to us unless we went up to ask, and even then, nobody really answered. We just stood there, confused and ignored, while staff walked back and forth without acknowledging us. Honestly, after a long trip, this is the last thing you want. Extremely poor communication and zero sense of hospitality at that moment.
