Good hotel but there are...

Liked: Ideal base for travelling around the city as in east reach of the S Bahn, U Bahn, buses and trams
Disliked: No air conditioning, the rooms were stuffy at night and got dusty quickly with the window open. The rear door was locked at 11pm when it is the easier way in from the station. Walking around to the front late at night wasn't ideal. Even room key access would be better.

Has to be done

Liked: So easy to get to and to the 352am train to the airport
Disliked: Loud music through the floors. Was on the 31st floor.

Exceptional

Location but bad service

Liked: Location and flexibility
Disliked: Someone from the cleaning service knocked on the door of our room at 8:15am. And did other rooms too. At the reception we were told that they were aware. “What can you do with 1000 rooms, we have to check if the client has left to clean the room”… but the check out is Noon. They said they are not going to change the practice. I find that totally inappropriate.
