Not what I expected from...

Liked: It is close to the train station and lots of bars and restaurants nearby.The bed was big and comfortable.Kettle in room.
Disliked: I didn't like having to walk further to a different hotel to check in, and find there wasn't disabled access there to get inside (lift not working).I didn't like that there was no staff around in our hotel, no security or reception. I needed some milk for the drinks in the room, and I called reception from the room phone but nobody answered. I didn't want to go outside and up the street in the rain to get to the reception desk staff.I didn't like that the room was shabby with ripped net curtains and shoddy tiling in the bathroom.The room was OK and it was cheap, but it wasn't what I expected from radisson, or from a room that was apparently a free upgrade and a superior room!

Disappointing

Liked: Location is ok
Disliked: No view. Check-in separately. Breakfast separately. Room had a water leakage and the floor was deformed.

Disliked: Problems with the bathroom. Plumbing issues. Calls from the room to the reception are rarely answered.

Liked: Located near train station, close to the city center.Room was equiped with everything for short stay. It was quiet during the night.
Disliked: Breakfast was around 29 euros.City side opposite to the city center, hotel relatively, was quite dissapointing

Disliked: There was a lot of noise outside very early in the morning. Maybe some roadworks, but that was very loud.

Great to stay in, annoying...

Liked: Fantastic location, literally 2 minutes from the main train station and city centre. Room is well equipped with a fridge and a kettle, tap water is drinkable. Beds and bedsheets comfortable, both sides have bedside tables, wall sockets and reading lights and switches to control all lights. Bathroom is spacious, the shower includes a rainfall showerhead, basic cosmetics and towels are provided.
Disliked: Check-in took abysmal 40 minutes with just 3 people in front of us, one of whom went back to replace a broken keycard. Why could it not be done online with automatic keycard machine? Because that is a priority service paid extra, as you are reminded of by surrounding posters. Entrance to the building has annoying "feature" where you have to wait for one set of doors to slowly close before the other opens.
