Liked: We stayed for one night in Park Inn, the hotel is in a great location next to the train station with a good connection to the centre. The room was great and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. We would recommend Park Inn.

Ideal location close to Train...

Liked: Great location. Comfortable & clean room.

Liked: Really pretty room. Really comfortable and everyone was really nice.
Disliked: The air conditioning wasn’t working the first night so it was really hot.

Liked: Was very big room..but I had to left my telephone on charge very far away from de bed
Disliked: There should be a vending machine for drinks and water in the lobby, just like the main Radizzon.

Liked: The staff was so friendly! Nikoletta that works in the reception is a great hostess. She made us feel like home and she gave us many useful advice for the city. The hotel is amazing and we strongly recommend it!

Disliked: The entry mechanism was cumbersome, having to wait for the first door to close before the second could open. Especially when the weather was so hot and we wanted to get in asap.

Slow check in process lets...

Liked: The location was great for the train station, the room was clean and functional. The room had a large bed, the shower was good. The windows had good soundproofing as when we opened these the square outside was very loud.
Disliked: The check in process really impacted our view of the hotel. A few days before the stay we received messages to say you have to check in at the Radisson Blu further up the square. We did this and waited 35-40 minutes to check in. The process was slow and frustrating, having since seen many other reviews stating the same issue - it is increasingly frustrating that they don’t seem to be addressing the issue. To get into the park inn there is a 2 door system which is very sensitive and can take a few attempts to get through - this is for security reasons as they don’t have any staff based in the hotel. Another issue was that one of the two lifts was not working, which again seems to be an ongoing issue. This meant that at times we had to wait longer than reasonable for a lift, we used the stairs where we could but had to account for additional time for the lifts when we departed with our bags, knowing that this could take awhile.
