New modern hotel, right in...

Liked: New modern property, right next to highway. Comfortable bed.

Very good

Liked: Our room was clean and comfortable. The receptionist on the morning of our departure was very helpful.
Disliked: It took us a long time to get from the underground car park to the hotel. The receptionist seemed to assume that we knew how to find our way but we ended up having to ask another hotel guest for directions. A frustrating experience after a long drive and one that could easily have been avoided.

Best available option

Liked: Great location. Convenient parking. Great staff.
Disliked: Someone’s nail clippings on the side in the room. Old bag of crisps under the bed. Bathroom door handle broken and flush broken. Was not that bad and I travel a lot but it was not the best.

Excellent

Liked: Good size room and well equipped including iron and ironing board. Modern, clean hotel. Knowledgeable and friendly staff who went out of their way to assist us.
Disliked: We are travelers from Australia and this was our first time in Antwerp. Even with satellite navigation it was hard to find the hotel and the parking.
