Nice stay

Liked: Hotel lobby was quite nice, daily fresh fruits and water for free; great plus the pool table. The staff was exceptional!! There was a problem, however the reception staff were super professional and handled everything very well.
Disliked: The housekeeping personnel needs to be trained better. Also, upon arrival nobody answered our various telephone calls… was bit of annoying.

Fabulous modern hotel, with professional...

Liked: The breakfast was great with a hige speclection, staff were lovely.Location was great with a link-bridge to Berchem station, 4 minutes to Antwerp city centre and 45 minutes to the centre of Brussels. Tram stop nearby too.Quite new hotel rooms were thoughtfully designed with a large picture window and window seat.Aircon worked well in 30c heat. Easy accessed from the main motorway.
Disliked: Parking access and location in large shared underground car park was not that obvious. Parking 20 Euros a day reducing to 10 Euros at the weekend.
