Disappointing

Liked: The location
Disliked: My room was not clean, the side tables had cup stains from the previous guests, the carpet is full of stains and looked not to be vacuumed. The bathroom had a lot of dust in corners and hairs from other people. Not a good experience, a shame as I stay frequently with work and not had this experience before.

We were on a short...

Liked: Hotel lovely and clean and good rooms .
Disliked: Not easy to find at all no wonder Sat Nav had problems !! One member of staff couldn’t guide us in and we were on the road behind !!No food no bar open - we could get a drink from a vending machine and sit in a soulless lounge with most lights turned off !! Car parking hard to find when you have never been before PLUS it’s 20 Euros for 1 night plus 5 Euros for tourist tax ! It’s outside Antwerp so when you arrive at 8pm after a long drive you have to walk 15-20 mins for some restaurants, !!

Loved the stay!

Liked: Breakfast was superb. Great number of hot items to choose from: Hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, assortment of breads, cheese, and toppings, as well as vegetables, fruits, and yogurts. Coffee and juices were at the ready. Additionally the hours of operations were such that you didn't need to be up at the crack of dawn to eat. Radisson did it right. Staff was attentive and kept the dining area clean and well stocked.
Disliked: Nothing. We tried everything!

Fantastic! I will definitely stay...

Liked: Breakfast was amazing. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious, comfortable & quiet despite being adjacent to a major train station. Easy walking distance to many amenities, including groceries, pharmacy, and public transport. Proximity to Cogels-Osylei was an unexpected bonus!
Disliked: The main entrance wasn't easily accessible. Lots of stairs! If there was another entrance, I did not find it.
