Liked: The breakfast was good. The beds were very comfortable. Front desk staff was helpful and pleasant).
Disliked: I did not like the fact that the room could've used some more attention regarding cleanliness. When I brought it to the GM's ( Jay) attention, she had a nerve to get smart with me. To add, she was very unprofessional and disrespectful. After conversing with her over the phone, it ended with her saying that she would credit my card back $20 plus the tax. This was on Feb. 12th. I called back about a week later and spoke to Austin. He said that it may have been delayed because of the holiday. However, he said he would have her to give me a call. No call back and no credit as of yet. The lies people tell! Nonetheless, It's not going to hurt me, but this has the potential to harm your business.

Liked: It wasn't hard to find. It was clean. The breakfast was great!!!
Disliked: I requested extra towels with the reservation. My room was reserved for me and my 2 daughters. There were only 2 bath towels and 2 washcloths in the room. When I requested another set, I was told that I'd have to wait on housekeeping to get there. I suppose someone went and looked again because within 10 minutes. Someone did show up at the door with another set of towel and wash cloth.
