Housekeeping could have been better...

Liked: Breakfast was decent but didn’t have it several mornings.
Disliked: Worst part didn’t have linen for showers. Had to go to front desk to get towels and wash cloths. Figured next day would be better but returned to room and housekeeping took all of the towels and wash cloths we did have and didn’t replace anything. Had to go up front again!

Everything met our expectations.

Liked: Coffee was good
Disliked: The hotel had a strong messy smell as soon as you walked in, and the carpets in the hallway were dingy with noticeable bleach stains. The room itself was okay, but the beds were very firm, the pillows were worn out, and the linens looked wrinkled -almost like they'd already been used. There were stains on the wall in the shower and definitely needed a deep clean. I didn't feel comfortable walking barefoot. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again unless I had no other option. The owners need to invest in their property!

My stay was underwhelming for...

Liked: Breakfast was ok.
Disliked: I didn't like anything. Not enough towels, had to wait for them to wash towels in the morning and bring them back later if they don't forget. The key card had to be reactive several times, and was locked out the side entrance with bags and kids.

Worst experience ever

Liked: Went to check in after being at the racetrack and they had canceled my reservation because I didn’t check in before 6:00. Pm with no contact
