Liked: Great City Centre location. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Great night's sleep.
Disliked: Hot water for tea at breakfast was available through the coffee machine which made my tea taste like coffee. There was a separate hot water jug, however it was empty. Staff were helpful so I'm sure they would have filled it, if I had asked.Lighting in the room was ambient but no good for applying make-up.

Liked: Lovely clean room with facilities you would expect. Enjoyed our stay. Dinner was good - minimal choice. On the other hand breakfast was amazing.
Disliked: Car parking was not a problem as it was immediately below the hotel. The problem was the cost ie £13.00.

Liked: The location was perfect to explore the city centre by foot, and the parking was very convenient.The rooms were very comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and observant.
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: Room was cold kept setting temperature higher but wouldn't stay up Poor lighting in room When curtain was closed left a massive gap so didn't block the light at all
