Liked: Location was good & had parking close by.
Disliked: Booked a double room but was told on arrival they only had a twin, as it was check-in time I had no option to cancel booking. Personnel on desk had no interest in customer satisfaction, as soon as we were told you can cancel at full rate or take the twin, her attention went back to her laptop.

Liked: We loved having AC the only place we stayed that had this. We were helped by staff with a smile, like the clerk writing out bus numbers for our outing. Beds were comfy. House keepers awesome job.
Disliked: It took a bit of a struggle to find, our phones don't work internationally. I would have enjoyed a mini fridge for cold drinks but I understand they sell them downstairs so not going to happen I guess. There was a bit of noise from the bar across the street on the weekend which they cannot control.

Liked: Great location for the centre of town
Disliked: Couldnt drag the Barman on an evening away from his phone, we gave up trying to get his attention and went to the Wetherspoons directly opposite.

Good Hotel Bad Air Con

Liked: Good location . Good room
Disliked: Room Air Con had a fault. Reported to reception told it would be looked at by maintenance dept on Monday.. room was very hot. Asked for a fan which arrived promptly.Asked to change rooms which was offered but not the same type of room.Bottom door to the car park is not working to get back into the hotel. The next door up was working which was not ideal for my disabled partner.
