Badly changed my perception of...

Liked: Very disappointing as we arrived and already informed them of our arrival time. Room was not ready and while they couldn’t offer any additional rooms except with additional charge when we got our rooms they were not clean and all beddings were on the floor and chairs! Extremely disappointed at the service and experience they provide to their customers
Disliked: It is an aging property and even to call reception or concierge had to call numerous times just for someone to answer.

Short family stay in Zurich...

Liked: The car parking there was very convenient. Breakfast was superb .Building was modern and room very spacy.
